Sweet Willie D
A six-piece band dedicated to preserving a true American Art form... The Blues! Led by the dynamic singing of Sweet Willie D, the Continental Walk plays stupendous jump/swing blues that will knock you off of your feet! This is a dance not to be missed.

Love Dogs
This local seven-piece, high-energy band, combines elements of jump blues, New Orleans R&B and early rock’n’roll into their own powerhouse sound. The band features a three-piece sax section, a three-piece rhythm section, and one crazy singer.

Jan 12:  Dom V & the Swingout Big Band
Dom V
This authentic-sounding big band, led by Domenic Valarioti, consists of twenty of Massachusetts' finest musicians performing swing music the way it used to be played.

Feb 9:  The White Heat Orchestra

The White Heat Orchestra, with bandleader Craig Ball, is a high-energyWHSO 10-piece band playing the swing and jazz of the 1930's and 1940's for dancers of all ages. Also known as the "Roxy Band", they were the house band for almost five years at the upscale Roxy nightclub, and they play weekly at the Boston Harbor Hotel during the summer. Their many credits include: Boston's Best Dance Band (Boston Magazine), recording the sound track to the movie Dick Tracy, and performing in concert with Cab Calloway, Tony Bennett, Lou Rawls, and Joel Grey.

Eight to the Bar is one of the finest, most energetic bands this side of the Hudson (and one of our most popular). Their double female vocals and outstanding instrumentals deliver great swing and rhythm & blues.

April 12:  The Gordon Webster Swing Band


Pianist Gordon Webster is one of the most sought after musicians in the Lindy Hop world. Gordon WebsterHis tremendous musicianship and passion, supported by his first-hand knowledge of social dancing, have inspired Lindy Hoppers at hundreds of dance events worldwide. Drawing on influences as diverse as Fats Waller, Count Basie, Oscar Peterson and Gene Harris, Webster serves up an energetic smorgasbord of styles unified by one characteristic: irresistible danceability. One of the most active and versatile musicians on the scene, Webster maintains ongoing collaborative relationships with a diverse array of jazz/blues and Lindy Hop luminaries. He has appeared as a sideman to Wycliffe Gordon and has collaborated on multiple occasions with Barbara Morrison, and is a regular featured guest with New York's Cangelosi Cards. Tonight's performance will feature outstanding vocalist Brianna Thomas.

May 10:  The Sticky Skillet Swing Orchestra
Sticky Skillet
The Sticky Skillet Swing Orchestra is an eight piece group consisting of vocals, trumpet, trombone, sax, bass, piano, guitar and drums. Performing the classic swing of composers such as Duke Ellington, Louis Jordan and Count Basie, the Sticky Skillets are sure to be a great band to dance to!

June 14:  The Blue Suede Boppers
Blue Suede Boppers
The 1950's are back for one night! If you like fifties music, then you'll love "The Boppers". One of the most authentic fifties bands in the Boston area, they will have you swing dancing to some of the greatest classic fifties dance tunes. And feel free to come dressed in '50's garb.
